  I’ve been a client with this agent for a year & hold 3 insurance policies. 2 cars & house. I recently contacted them for a quote for business insurance & very disappointed in their response. I called 3 days ago with no call back after the receptionist took my contact information. The next day I called them to acquire about my policy & why I haven’t received a phone call. That person took my information & said someone would contact me later that day. Several hours later I received a call from this office & the lady took down the exact same information the other two agents did & said she would email me the quote right away. I’m on day four with no quote, no email, no phone call back. I tried calling the office during business hours with no answer. That’s funny because when they wanted my business with auto & home insurance I instantly got a quote while on the phone with them with supurb customer service. Service has definitely declined in a year. Not sure what “Award Winning” agency they claim but definitely don’t have my vote or recommendation. Keep look elsewhere.. I contacted 4 other insurance agencies for business insurance & received instant quotes with excellent assistance & courtesy.
